Postsecondary WORKPLACE MENTORING

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Focusing on college and career readiness, the Postsecondary Workplace Mentoring program keeps college students on track and offers a jump start in their professional development with exposure to major corporations and 1:1 time with accomplished mentors. Meeting on the corporate campus or virtually once a month, students have an opportunity to explore career possibilities and build relationships with mentors who are skilled professionals in their field.

Each student is matched with a corporate mentor based on shared interests, personality and need. All group sessions are facilitated by trained Big Brothers Big Sisters staff and include a tailored curriculum.
