Volunteer Eligibility

+ Be 18 years of age or older

+ Pass a background check

+ Have a valid CA drivers license and insurance

+ Commit to at least one year in the program

+ BIG Couples must meet all of the above requirements and be in a relationship of 2+ years.

How it Works

STEP 1: Informational
Get to know us by attending an info session

STEP 2: Interview
Meet with a member of our team and answer some questions so we can get to know you.

STEP 3: Get Matched
Once your application is approved, you’ll meet your Little for the first time at our office.

STEP 4: Mentor
Hang out twice a month for a few hours. Your friendship can ignite their potential!
