This holiday season, Target surprised 40 youth in our program with a $100 Target gift card through a $4,000 community funding grant.
On the morning of Dec. 3, Littles and their mentors showed up to Target in Fontana for what they thought would be a match event. When they were told they would be receiving a $100 gift card to buy anything they wanted that day, several Littles burst into tears.
Once the shopping began, Littles went aisle by aisle in search of gifts for themselves and family members. When he was finished, Little Brother Jose purchased wrapping paper and set up a station in the store so he could wrap the presents he found for his sister.
